This versatile tool has many uses. You can use the cards yourself to improve your own leadership skills. Some users work on one card all week, and choose a new card the next week. Others prefer to read one card every morning to motivate them to work on their leadership skills all day. Others read a card before a meeting, or during the day when they need a bit of motivation. Still others will find the cards that they feel best relate to their own leadership style and use the exercises described on those cards to develop their current skillset.  It is up to you.

Other people will use the cards to help others in their organization as well. Some managers will use the cards to motivate their employees, perhaps by emailing everyone one card per week and implementing some of the practices described on the card at a meeting.  If a manager notices that many of his or her employees are lacking in a certain area, he or she can cherry-pick certain cards to send out to employees as a motivator (and with suggestions) to develop these skills. Or, maybe a group of coworkers all want to work on their leadership skills together - the format of these cards makes them much easier to share than normal flash cards.
