About the author:

Gord Gibben, PMP, the author of the EPO, has over 27 years experience in project management and software applications development.  He is currently Application Services Manager with Manitoba Public Insurance and is responsible for project management, software development and applications support.  Gord also teaches Project Management courses at Red River College in Winnipeg Canada as part of the college's Project Management Certification program. Gord is a regular speaker on project management topics at PMI conferences and chapter meetings.
