cOrdin8 Framework
The cOrdin8 Businesses use cOrdin8 to organize all of their project information and communication into a single location. From a browser, executives access real-time, high-level summary reports. The Program Management Office (PMO) institutionalizes the organization’s project management processes by embedding them in the project notebooks that are used by the project teams. With a single click, project managers create a new project notebook which is the underlying information and communication infrastructure that is critical in supporting a project. Team members receive email notifications regarding project assignments, such as a scope change request or issue. They access cOrdin8 to document resolutions and close items.
The elements of the cOrdin8 Framework are:
Executive Dashboard.
Aggregated reporting for all projects, such as issues and status
reporting, as well as links to drill into the project notebooks for
details.
Portfolio. Capture and organize all high-level information about ideas, such as
value proposition, in order to decide which ones get funded and
which ones do not.
Project Notebooks.
Organize and track project communication and deliverables through
notebook sections tailored for your project and lifecycle management
processes. Utilize workflow to route formal documents for review and
approval.
Resource Management. Manage resource pools for resource allocation.
Plan & Actual. Plan and track resource utilization (effort hours, expenses).
Notebook Templates.
Define your project and lifecycle processes upon which new project
notebooks are based. Refine these templates to improve future
project performance.
